Terms of Service

1. Who we are

LootCord ("LootCord", "we", "us") operates lootcord.win and the LootCord Discord bot, a platform where users complete quests and enter giveaways to win prizes, and where advertisers run pay-per-click, pay-per-join, and pay-per-stay campaigns targeting Discord communities. By creating an account, using the LootCord bot, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use LootCord. You must have a valid Discord account in good standing. LootCord is void where prohibited by law. You are responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Account & Discord authentication

LootCord accounts are created and authenticated via Discord OAuth. We store the Discord ID, username, avatar, and email address returned by Discord at login. If you use a join or stay quest, we separately request Discord's guilds.join permission with your explicit consent, used only to add you to that specific server on your behalf; we do not use this permission to join you to any server you have not consented to. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Discord account. Actions taken through an authenticated session are treated as actions taken by you.

4. Giveaways are free to enter

No purchase is ever required to enter a LootCord giveaway. Entries are earned by completing quests, through referral activity, or through other free means we make available. Where a giveaway lists a points/ticket cost to enter, those tickets themselves are earned for free. You never pay real money for a giveaway entry.

5. Tickets and premium tickets

Tickets and premium tickets are virtual, non-transferable units with no cash value outside of LootCord's giveaway and conversion systems described on the platform. They are earned by completing quests hosted by advertisers (joining a Discord server, chatting, staying a set number of days) or through the referral program, and are spent entering giveaways or events. We may change how many tickets a quest or referral pays, and may adjust or discontinue quests, at any time. Tickets have no guaranteed exchange rate to real currency except where explicitly stated (for example, the fixed ticket-to-ad-credit conversion rate shown on the Cashout page).

6. Winner selection & prize fulfillment

Winners are selected according to the rules stated on each individual giveaway or event. Cash credits are added to your balance automatically the moment you win, with no claim step required. We notify winners via Discord DM and/or in-platform notification. We reserve the right to reverse a credit and disqualify entries obtained through fraud, self-dealing, multiple accounts, bot automation of quest actions, or any other violation of these Terms, including after a credit has already been issued.

7. Cashouts

Cash winnings and applicable balances may be withdrawn via the payout methods listed on the Cashout page. Processing times, minimums, and available methods may change without notice. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details (PayPal email, crypto address, etc.). LootCord is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or account you provided. We may require identity or ownership verification before releasing a payout where we have a good-faith concern about fraud.

8. Advertiser campaigns

Advertisers running click, join, or stay campaigns on LootCord agree to only promote servers and content they have the right to promote, to not use campaigns to inflate server membership through means outside our platform's normal join flow, and to keep the LootCord bot installed and correctly permissioned in any server running a join or stay campaign for as long as that campaign is active. We may reject, pause, or remove any campaign at our discretion, including campaigns that violate Discord's own Terms of Service or Developer Policy.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Creating multiple accounts to claim additional entries, quest rewards, or referral commissions.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation to complete quests, send messages, or interact with giveaways.
• Attempting to manipulate winner selection, leaderboard standings, or payout systems.
• Using LootCord to advertise illegal content, malware, or services that violate Discord's Terms of Service.
• Circumventing, reverse engineering, or interfering with LootCord's anti-fraud or verification systems.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, for violating these Terms. Suspended accounts forfeit unclaimed tickets, premium tickets, and pending prizes tied to the violation under investigation.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

LootCord is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform, the Discord bot, or any third-party service (including Discord itself, payment processors, or cryptocurrency networks) that LootCord depends on. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LootCord is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LootCord after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
